WHAT WILL DELIVERY COST?
We use the Royal Mail for posting items and offer either First Class Post or Special Delivery Next Day for UK destinations. Items sent by Special Delivery must be signed for on delivery at their destination so please ensure someone is available to do this.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY DVD?
All weekday orders received before 2pm (UK time) will, wherever possible, be dispatched on the same day. If your order is really urgent and within the UK, please telephone us on 01323 811977 and we can arrange Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Standard delivery is by Royal Mail 1st class. International orders are sent as 'small package' airmail. We can't guarantee delivery times but in general, most UK customers receive their DVDs the next day. Airmail generally take 3-5 days for Europe and North America. However customers outside the European Union should also allow at least an additional day or three (and sometimes up to a week) for their DVD to clear their own countries customs checks. U.S. customers generally receive their DVDs in about 6 working days.
SO WHAT ABOUT TAX?
Our DVDs are currently not eligible for VAT. If your order is being sent to a destination outside the European Community (EC) then our sales tax will also be zero. Any import or customs duties levied when the goods reach the destination country (or any transit duties) will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges.
BUT WILL I BE HIT WITH CUSTOMS OR IMPORT TAXES?
Some customers outside the European Community may have to pay an import tax. I'm afraid we cannot list these individually as they are varied and changeable. However, as far as we can work out, United States customers do not pay import taxes on orders below $180 (none of our U.S. customers have reported having to pay import tax).
WHAT'S WITH PAL and NTSC?
PAL and NTSC are two separate international television standards. For guaranteed playability, customers should choose the version appropriate to their country. For Europe, Australia and New Zealand the PAL version is required. For North America and Japan please choose NTSC. As South America varies from country to country, customers from South America should check their local television standard before ordering. If in doubt please email us with your country and we can confirm which is the correct version.
HOW SECURE IS MY PAYMENT?
Credit card payments are collected by NatWest Streamline via Sagepay secure server link. NatWest is one of the big four UK banks. The Payment page is handled by Sagepay and fully encrypted, we do not see or keep your card details. Whether making payments online, by telephone or by mail order, you can be confident in the knowledge that Sagepay offers the latest security, however if your Credit or Debit Card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your card company is already obligated to take responsibility for the remainder. We will use all reasonable endeavours to help your credit card company and consequently minimise any problems for you.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Solo, Maestro, Switch and American Express.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You may cancel your order for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the order within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 7 days.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
If you are not entirely happy with the product that you have chosen, then you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be pleased to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund, provided the product is returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging intact.
RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us please return the item together with the delivery invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund postage where the goods are faulty.
