For additional copies add £0.75 postage.

IMPORT & CUSTOMS DUTIES
Any import or customs duties levied when the goods reach the destination country (or any transit duties) will be your responsibility as we have no control over these charges.


TAX CHARGES
Our company is currently ineligible for VAT and so no VAT will be charged to you.

PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order with us you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you are unhappy with any aspect of these, then you should contact us at andy@trufflepigfilms.co.uk before placing an order with us.

 English Law governs these Terms and Conditions and your use of our website and in using it you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English court. This does not affect your non-excludable statutory rights.

The website and our Terms and Conditions have been designed for use under UK law and within the United Kingdom. Whilst we are happy to supply requests for products and enquiries from outside the United Kingdom, we can give no warranty, express or implied, that the use of this website or the placing of any order through this website from outside the UK complies with any applicable non-UK laws or regulations.

A Contract between Trufflepig Films and the customer for the sale of our products will only exist once we have accepted an order and it has been processed and dispatched (at which point the buyer's Credit or Debit card will be charged for the value of the goods dispatched). This does not affect the customer's statutory rights.

Prices and availability of goods are both subject to change without notice. A delivery charge will be added to your order value where appropriate.

YOUR RIGHTS TO CANCEL

You may normally cancel your order (once accepted by us) for any reason up to the point of dispatch. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 7 days.



OUR RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with the products that you have chosen, then you may return them to us within 7 days of receipt. We will be pleased to offer you an exchange or, at our discretion, a refund, provided the products are returned complete, in perfect condition and with the original packaging.



RETURNS
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. To return any products to us please return the item together with the delivery invoice (which comes with your order) and clearly mark whether you would like a refund or exchange.

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund postage where the goods are faulty.
